David A. Johnson
David A. Johnson attended Eastern Kentucky University as an
undergraduate and the University of Memphis School of Law to obtain his
law degree. He was licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of
Kentucky in 2000. He began his career as a criminal defense attorney for
the State Public Defender's office. As a criminal defense attorney, he
has successfully defended some of the most high profile cases in Eastern Kentucky,
and has obtained millions of dollars in compensation for his personal
injury clients. He has been representing Plaintiffs in personal injury
cases and Defendants in criminal cases for more than 10 years.
David A. Johnson has tried criminal and personal injuries cases
throughout the State of Kentucky. He devotes the majority of his time to
the day-to-day practice of law. His firm's practice consists almost
entirely of Plaintiff personal injury and criminal law cases in the
fields of vehicular negligence, products liability and criminal defense
in felony and misdemeanor cases.
